 The effective open face area for meridional barotropic transport drawing from locations far to the north [H m ~> m2 or kg m-1].

 The effective open face area for meridional barotropic transport drawing from nearby to the north [H m ~> m2 or kg m-1].

 The effective open face area for meridional barotropic transport drawing from nearby to the south [H m ~> m2 or kg m-1].
